RN Charge Nurse – PRN Days/Nights (1-2 Shifts per week) –Starting Wage $32.00/hr 

$5/hr Weekend Shift Differential

$2.50/hr Night Shift Differential 

CNA– Days, Evenings, Overnights – Full Time/Part Time starting in August 2025– Starting wage - $19.00/hr 

Certifications offered if needed -- Starting Wage -- $15.00

$2,500 Sign On Bonus for Full Time

$1,250 Sign On Bonus for Part Time

$5/hr Weekend Shift Differential

$1/hr Evening Shift Differential

$1.75/hr Night Shift Differential

COOK–Part Time Days - Starting Wage - $16.50/hr  

$5/hr Weekend Shift Differential

ADMINISTRATOR - Full Time

Wage dependent on Experience

Director of Nursing - Full Time
